In 2025, we unveiled a bold new rebrand and launched standout projects such as North Kensington Gate and Strand Chambers. Our rental offering grew by 120%, we expanded our procurement team, and introduced our first New Homes Market Report, a milestone in sharing market insight.

On the 9th day of the 7th month in 2012, BoxNine7 was born.

We successfully launched four furniture collections. The Riley, Hepworth, Tillyer and Richmond.

Our international work continued, with business in the most talked about upcoming developments and once again, we were recognised as one of the Best Places to Work in Property by Property Week.

Ending the year with being awarded ISO 9001 accreditation and safe contractor.

We kicked off the year with a sustainability milestone, earning ISO 14001 accreditation alongside our parent company. Our turnkey design service delivered standout results across key developments, including Lillie Square with Capital & Counties and fast-moving schemes at Athena House and Cranley Gardens.

BoxNine7 also had a makeover. We introduced our new branding throughout, including beautifully designed Curated Furniture Packages, Home Staging and Interior Design brochures.
